Booking through Peerspace provides protection for both host and guest.

Limit of 10 people allowed in the studio at a time
If subjects will be photographed behind closed doors, we reserve the right to check identification for age verification.
Courtyard may be used, but all participants must keep the noise to a minimum
We reserve the right to end your rental at any time if the staff or guests feel unsafe

Your rental begins at the gate opening, and ends at the gate closing. Please include load-in and load-out time in your rental estimate. You may not arrive early for setup.

Our studio loft is above an event venue, on a busy street, and within a co-op of other business owners. There is no guarantee of how quiet or loud the studio will be, and we ask that all guests maintain a respectful level of noise.
Please remove all garbage and any items that you bring into the space. A garbage bag will be provided, and you must take it with you when you exit.

$150 deposit required at reservation. Deposit will be applied to your rental fee, or retained in the case of any damages.
